We completed a garage floor coating for this first time customer, who was not only thrilled with her finished garage floor coating, but also with the experience she had working with Twin Cities Resurfacing. Next up, we were hired to remodel the interior of a townhome in Plymouth, Minnesota. We completely renovated the outdated kitchen by removing the old cabinets, appliances and flooring, and then installing new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, brand new cabinets, a tile backsplash, new countertops, and appliances. We finished things up by painting the walls and ceiling. Even we were impressed with the transformation! Our customer was thrilled, and left us a 5 star review. Lastly, we were elated that the below customer had such a positive experience working with Twin Cities Resurfacing, after being admittedly nervous about trying to find a contractor online. One of our main goals during our estimating process is to ask about any bad experiences our customers have had with contractors in the past, so that we can explain to them why this time is going to be different!
To prep the exterior of our customer’s home, we power washed, covered and protected all surfaces, scraped loose and peeling paint, and spot primed. We then sprayed and back rolled 1 coat of Sherwin William’s Loxon XP Waterproofing Masonry Coating on the stucco exterior of the home, and brushed and rolled 2 coats of Sherwin William’s Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex on all window frames. Finally, we did a walkthrough with our customer, did some final touch-ups, and confirmed that our customer was happy with our finished product! Check out the before & after transformation below!
