Wondering what you can expect during our estimating process?

Requesting an estimate with TCR is meant to be simple and low-pressure. Our goal is to understand your project, answer your questions, and help you decide what makes the most sense for your home.

We start by learning more about your space and what you are hoping to accomplish. From there, we recommend the best way to move forward based on your project. Sometimes that means a conversation or reviewing photos, and other times it is helpful to meet in person. We will guide you through the process so it feels easy and straightforward.

We ask questions about your goals, timing, and any concerns you may have, and we share recommendations based on our experience. If budget is a consideration, we are always happy to talk through options and priorities.

Once we have the information we need, we put together a clear, customized estimate for your project. Most estimates are provided promptly, with additional time needed for larger or more complex work.

Throughout the process, our role is not to sell you on more than you need. It is to provide straightforward guidance so you can make an informed decision that feels right for your home and your situation.
